of the Relax-the-Mind approach, such as programs specifically designed for dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, fears/phobias etc., as well as an introduction to the practice of mindfulness meditation for well-being and peace of mind.
Currently the portal is simply the access point for Relax-the-Mind Sleep Therapy, a drug-free treatment for insomnia and similar sleeping disorders, which has been proven by scientific research to be at least as effective as sleeping medication.
